You can request us to update or delete the information we keep
If you would like to correct or delete any personal information we have about you, we invite you to contact us at info@letonle.org. We will update your information in our reservations booking system.

Cancellations
Le Tonlé tries to be as flexible as possible about changes and cancellations. You are able to change or cancel a reservation for a room or tour at any time, and we never charge for this. Some of our partner booking agencies and tour providers may apply penalties.
Room reservations made through Le Tonlé direct (this website)

Individual guests are free to change or cancel your room reservation at any time, through our website's reservation management page or by other communication channels.

We are grateful if you can do this as early as possible, so we can make our rooms available to other guests.

If you are a tour operator, please refer to your service agreement with Le Tonlé for any conditions that may apply.
Room reservations made through booking agencies

If you reserved a room through our partner agencies such as Booking.com or Agoda, Le Tonlé will not apply any penalty, but the booking agency may. Please refer to your agency terms and condition.

You can cancel an agency reservation with your agency, and they will inform us of the cancellation. You can also cancel through our website's reservation management page or by other communication channels. In this case you may suffer extra penalties from your agency.

Tour reservations

Le Tonlé offers tours and excursions as a service provider, and as a representative of our partners such as CRDT Tours and NatureEye.

You can cancel or change tours and services operated by Le Tonlé at any time, free of charge.

If you cancel or change tours or services from our partners, they may apply penalties. Please refer to their term and conditions.
